Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Devizo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Devizo is a business management platform for service businesses (clients, quotes, invoices, tasks, calendar, AI assistant), offered on a subscription basis.

3. Account and Responsibility

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and the accuracy of the information you enter into the platform, including information about your own clients.

4. AI-Generated Content

Devizo uses artificial intelligence to generate quote suggestions and chat answers. This content is provided as assistance and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before sending it to a client or relying on it.

5. Plans and Billing

Devizo offers two plans:

• Basic Plan — free, no time limit, with access to core features.
• Premium Plan — $49.99 CAD per month, with access to all features including AI quote generation, email sending, and team management.

Free trial: The Premium plan includes a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, the subscription is automatically activated and the amount is charged to the payment method on file.

Payment: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Devizo does not store any banking or credit card information.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings section of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No additional charges will be made after cancellation.

Refunds: Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable, except as required by law. If you experience an issue, contact us at info@getdevizo.com and we will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

Devizo is provided "as is," without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, including financial losses related to errors in generated quotes or invoices.

7. Intellectual Property

The software, its code, and its interface remain the property of Devizo. The data you enter into the platform belongs to you.

8. Termination

You may stop using Devizo at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for use contrary to these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and Canada.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. Any significant change will be communicated to you.
